I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

Go to the other (previous) thread.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

free? No, not with a 2 year commitment of expensive service. Sadly, Moto's have poor resale and trade in values. Also only 1 software upgrade.
you sound unreasonable. Obviously they aren't going to openly give you free phones. Otherwise, their business model wouldn't work. the 2 year commitment is standard for all network provides now because they figured that people are going to just sign up, disconnect, and keep the phones leaving them at a net loss. Many of us plan on staying with T-mobile anyways because we're probably simple choice customers. done through costco, you're getting a free phone (just paying tax) and a $70 cash card. What's the issue?

to piggy back on your comment... verizon is now a 36 month commitment vs 24 month so on verizon they milk your credits to keep you in their service for 3 years vs 2. that's a plus for t-mobile

Are the device specs in the OP correct? T-Mobile is showing 8Gb RAM, but the OP has it at 6GB.
I have it with me right now, and it has 8gb RAM.

Also have this phone, got it with similar promo about 4 months ago.

The phone is pretty good for what it is... FREE. My only complaint is that it does not work great in Canada... lots of call issues.

Also, it has dialed 911 a few times... need to turn that setting off.

Dang! That's not bad, at all. I have 3 lines and I pay $112 per month. And this is what I used to pay for 2 lines, but, somehow, was eligible for a promo ("This One's On Us") a few years ago and was able to get a 3rd line, for free.

However, this is, literally, the only promotion that I can recall ever being eligible for. So, it seems that the SCNC Plan is recognized as a prepaid plan and, therefore, is ineligible for all promotions, these days. However, I wanted to at least ask and see what other people might say about it.
Looked at my last bill, it was 215 total. The SC postpaid came with 6 lines included.
Then got a free add a line and a extra data feature.
Taxes were 20, and fees were 35.

total up the 2-3 year service from postpaid and see that you are getting hosed. One could pay for a unlocked phone (or get it unlocked) go prepaid (Mint's deal of buy 3 months, get 3 months) and save a bundle. Cash is king.

3 months for mint for 5 lines (15gb) is 370 after fees and tax in most areas. though the 5gb is probably closer to matching simple choice.

SC value was the $10 add a line and the value increased at max 10 lines.

at 10 lines, mint is 245/mo. I'm at 215/mo with SC.
So dependings on your SC plan stack, mint might be better value, might not. really depends on the number of lines.

how do you get the IMEI off of a damaged phone that won't turn on?
Is it under the battery?

Yes, I got mine, too. It is indeed 8Gb RAM unlike what's listed in the OP.

It's a neat phone with a pretty good screen, so-so camera. Pretty lightweight, too. I would not buy it at MSRP, but it's a helluva deal for free (if you are staying with T-Mo and have a junk phone to trade-in).

There is an LED notification light of some sort to the left of the main phone speaker. It turns on for a moment when you power on the device. Not sure if it can be programmed to serve as a notofication light for missed calls, for example.

I have T-Mobile postpaid. 7 lines, paying only $140ish/mo including Netflix. Not too shabby.
And I know this is not the best deal people got on the free lines either.
