I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

Go to the other (previous) thread.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

So, many kiosks in Costco are basically exclusively T-Mobile retailers now. So, they can provide you with this same deal but they also offer a $75 cash card for being a Costco member is my understanding.

Think link has the Costco T-Mobile number where you can do this upgrade through the phone and get the cash card. Just ensure you ask them to double check that you qualify.

Thank you. I called Costco. It took more than an hour. Hope I will receive a cash card.

I'm on the phone with them, I will be sending in my broken/crack phone, the rep was asking for phone to be unlocked etc, I wouln't able to tell since the phone is broken, I believe is still locked, you think I will be screwed if I send in this phone?

Edit: I think Costco just needed phone to be unlocked from carrier. They said is okay if screen is locked since phone is broken/can't turn on.

I have a Amazon Fire Phone in working condition without damage. Of course, I have not used this phone for a long time. However, its IMEI could not be found in T-Mobile database, I guess it is not eligible to be trade-in for this deal.

I seem to remember someone saying what codes you can enter instead of the IMEI number. It was on this thread but I don't remember what page. If you feel like it, scroll up.

think is shipped to address that costco has on file. once tracking # is available to you on tmobile.com, you can ask tmobile rep to see if they can change the mailing address

Doesn't matter what IMEI they recrod during the purchase for the trade-in, the warehouse will accept any phone when they arrive and mark your promotion requirements as satisfied. They will not need to match against any trade-in imei numbers that you provided during purchase as the terms of this trade-in allow any phone. some phones don't even have imei and have meid instead.

Senior support confirmed this with me today.

Will a old 7" Samsung tablet (supports 3g sim card) work for trade-in?

What happens if I used a different phone and sold this without ever activating it? Do I still get the monthly bill credits? I grabbed a thinkphone when it was 360 and debating on which one I should sell

Once you see the promo is applied to the line, you can sell, gift or throw it to trash and you still get the credit every month. You do not need to open the box at all.

You don't have to activate. I opened one up, the rest are sealed. Still getting credits
