More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.
Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

I've read that the main thing that matters is the imei
I'm not sure if they changed things though
Also, did costco reps require you to pay off any active EIP on a line, or say you cannot do this deal since you have an active promotion on a line?

They are also not worth the $400 or $430 price that's listed.
The steal here is going through Costco, especially if you have an older plan and not going anywhere.
You save the $35 activation fee and you get a $75 Costco shop card.
Yes you are tied to 24 months of bill credits but like I said, it's a deal if you are not porting out.
Edit:
Called T-Mobile and they said the promo is pretty forgiving. As long as they receive a working phone with a valid emei number it's ok. She checked all 4 and said they do have the reported phone thst doesn't match what I sent but they all working emei numbers and shouldn't affect promotion. 🤞

Better just tracking package and knowing it was delivered, they don't always process them immediately on account
Looks like there was a mix up—the make, model or memory of your quoted device doesn't match what we received or it was damaged. We will adjust your trade-in value to $75 because of this difference.
I sent in a G6 worth $0 and it showed up as a Pixel 6. As a bonus, this $75 credit actually showed up on my last bill.
