Is this normal? If i went to my Equipment Financing page, there is a check shown for the applied discounts and promotions for the phone with Trade ID230424. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Edit: spoke with T-Mobile Rep, the promo is applied on their end. So I hope I'm not getting receving back my broken phone.
