I just bought this package for $1899 2 weeks ago. Will they price match and give me the $100 back? I received the speakers on the 29th of nov. Return policy says I can return until Feb 1.

Nice, I'll give them a call tomorrow. They were good to me about retroactively adding a promo code for a different product, the promo code came out a few hours after I ordered. So far their customer service has seemed really good.

I got these and coming from a crappy soundbar, then Sonos arc, these things blow me away with the detail. I listened to paradigm, focal, Marin Logan but my ears like the klipsh better. So to me it was a HUGE win. I am driving it with an SVS sub and Pioneer lx-305 w/dirac room correction.

Can you let me know. I bought this less than 30 days ago and also the lx-305 is $50 bucks cheaper. Do they refund or give store credit

Price match will be store credit. I just got a response on my order on the $1899 one. They offering store credit, which is fine considering I don't even have the 8060fa II yet as I sent them back damaged and need to re order again so llI apply this hopefully.

No. They are a gift and are not in use yet.

Adorama did say they would refund the difference. Their customer service has been outstanding so far.

Heads up on Adorama.. Just got about 4k in Klipsch from them almost every box was ripped, torn or had what looked like someone kicked the side of it. UPS notated the damage. I was afraid to open them because then I would have to rebox or worse yet get them installed and they not work. I reached out to customer service for a refund or exchange. They refused to do so. I sent them pics of the boxes and stated my concerns even the reciever box was beat to heck. They want me to file a claim with UPS and go through that process. I was like no why don't you refund me and then you go through it with them. They refused to help me out unless I want to hassle with scheduling the UPS claims guy to come to my house in the next 30 days or so. Plus send picture of all sides of every box in the order including the top and bottom and a picture of the label and send to them for them to send to UPS. Basically they are trying to push me past a return deadline. I called AMEX for help and now they are dealing with them. They told me this is not the first complaint like this with Adorama. Nice folks when I bought small from them but they will fight you like hell on larger things.

I just took pictures of the UPS guy delivering so they can see the damage was when it was being delivered. Yes I don't know what or if anything was damaged inside. Amex asked me not to open and find out. Their reasoning is if the boxes are damaged and I open the boxes and there is damage then Adorama could blame me for the damage. I know it sounds paranoid but I am dealing with $4k in speakers and Adorama has had some issues with returns just read online.

Well my replacement order for two new rp-8060 fa II, just arrived. Again boxes smashed up and one clearly re tapped just like last time. It is clear adorama is selling open box or damaged box items as new. Have not opened them yet they legit just arrived. Hopefully nothing is smashed on the inside like last time….

I got mine refunded. Note that they only allow 30 day Price Protection guarantee. But, as a one time courtesy, they agreed to refund (back to card; not store credit. Also, one of the floorstanding speaker had minor cosmetic damage (shipping box had a damage too) and I got $100 store credit for that.
