For anyone who would like to remove the permissions you granted for this deal, go here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Then, look for an entry called "gweb-play-points-app"

You can remove the permissions by clicking on the entry, then at the bottom you click on "Delete all connections you have with gweb-play-points-app"

Ok, I chatted with support and rep said that the 40% off requires you to be at gold level for at least 10 days before it will work. This promo is good until 12/31. The trade-in values and current google store discounts are supposed to remain the same until 12/31 so I guess you can wait 10 days and get this deal without losing on any current deals.

Google doesn't let promos stack. This will be off the MSRP and not their current ongoing discount.

Does anyone know if this 10% Google Store credit can be used to pay for my Google One services. Looks like I'd be getting $41-ish dollars. If not, does that mean Google store credit is basically just for Google hardware?

Signed up for 2TB plan on 12/9 in the AM EST. Went to Google Play immediately after and enabled Gold level perk. This AM (12/13) right before noon tried to get the 40% off (for like the 100th time) and it worked. Nabbed a 512GB porcelain 8 pro. Just wanted to let everybody know that the 2TB upgrade works. Just wait 4 days. Good luck everyone.

No, it can't be used for anything else but Google Store, I tried to use it towards 2tb 1 yr subscription and it didn't work

The 40% redeem access seems so random. I signed up for Google One 2TB on Saturday around 8am EST. I had to wait until Tuesday around 8am EST to activate play gold. The 40% perk appeared earlier today but didn't work until just now. Total time from Google one sign-up to a successful claim of 40% was about 4.5 days.

Following up, I signed up for Google One 2TB plan on the night of 12/8, 3 days later on the night of 12/11 I redeemed the gold perk, and now 2 days later on the night of 12/13 I was able to redeem the 40% offer.

So start to finish the process took about 5 days but I placed my Pixel 8 Pro order so I'm happy!
