For anyone who would like to remove the permissions you granted for this deal, go here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Then, look for an entry called "gweb-play-points-app"

You can remove the permissions by clicking on the entry, then at the bottom you click on "Delete all connections you have with gweb-play-points-app"

Ok, I chatted with support and rep said that the 40% off requires you to be at gold level for at least 10 days before it will work. This promo is good until 12/31. The trade-in values and current google store discounts are supposed to remain the same until 12/31 so I guess you can wait 10 days and get this deal without losing on any current deals.

Google doesn't let promos stack. This will be off the MSRP and not their current ongoing discount.

One way is if you get the 2TB google one plan then purchases on google store get a 10% credit which I imagine can be used for future purchases.

9.99 is not refundable so get that for the month and then need to cancel before it renews. You get to offset it with 40% discount and potentially using the credit for future purchases.

If I try to upgrade my Google One to 2tb to get Gold, it says it goes into effect in Feb 2024. Does this mean there's no point in me upgrading?

I believe I'm already gold status so should get the 40 percent, do you guys think it's worth it for me to use the one free month trial now for the 10% or do you think I around save for a better deal later on?
