YMMV, In-Store for T-Mobile Customers with Non-5G Phones: Free (via Bill Credits) iPhone SE 3rd Gen, No Trade-In Required, Worked for Simple Choice, Support Fee and Taxes Apply
I received an email earlier today from T-Mobile saying that one of my lines (which currently has an iPhone XR) was eligible to upgrade to a new 5G phone for free to better take advantage of the network. I am on the Simple Choice North America Promo plan with several free lines so this seems like it must apply to a lot of plans.
The fine print in the email (see images in link) made it seem like it was limited to just the Moto G 5G (meh), so I reached out to T-Force via Twitter to ask if any other phones qualified. They confirmed that the iPhone SE 3rd Gen, Nokia G310, Nord 300, and REVVL 6/6X also qualified, but that you had to complete the transaction in store.
I had to go to the mall tonight so stopped by the T-Mobile store after confirming that my account was annotated and the SE was in stock and was able to upgrade to the 128GB black model for the $35 support fee and tax. Bill credits seem to be in process.
You may want to reach out to T-Force to confirm and have them annotate your account as that definitely helped at the store.
I was able to take advantage of the June 2022 deal for another line that had an old iPhone on it so it's been nice to get a couple upgrades for the kiddos.
Hope this helps a few people.

Like I said before. T-Mobile needs to step up their game. Like sooner than later. Their iPhone 15 deals are lackluster.

I thought P622 was the June 2022 deal, and OP was just mentioning it as another way he'd gotten a free SE(3).

That's one the OP said he had used before. I think he said he negotiated for the SE, or maybe he was referring to the current deal.
Did u get any Free 5G Devices from last years Promo Deals? Maybe the 3G deal thing?
