I remember Bloons TD6 being one that I didn't scoop up, and later bought on Steam, and then later later Epic had it for free again haha

In the past they have released 'new to them' titles as part of giveaways. So there is a chance, but expect something like Biohazard or Village.
I don't know as I'm not buying it, but on the Epic Games store page, it says you get a digital voucher code emailed to you if you buy before January 10th. I'm sure someone will buy it so hopefully they can answer your question.
This is the info from the Epic site if anyone else is interested:
"Buy Alan Wake 2 during our Holiday Sale and we'll email a digital voucher code for one copy of Alan Wake Remastered on PC. Offer ends January 10, 2024 at 11am EST, see faq for details."
I just did this last night, I added the base game to epic and then the legacy edition. Once it starts to download it will download destiny 2 on epic launcher. If you use Steam, you won't be able to access the legacy edition from Epic so I activated cross save feature so my characters are available on all the platforms. After that I uninstalled the game on Steam since I don't need it to be both platform (and to delete 100gb on Steam). Started destiny 2 on Epic and my characters and stuff were there with the new edition. Hope this helps; it was a little confusing. Oh, if the game doesn't launch on Epic, you will need to go delete the epic launcher cache, after that it will delete. Google how to do so online, it's pretty simple. Enjoy.

as someone said, games are for collecting. not installing or playing!!!
There have been a little over 400 games giving away.
Edit: Removing VAC to appease dopeman.
Also, anyone can check these links to see what games use EAC or BE:

You aren't giving Bungie kernel level access. You're giving the anti cheat application that access.
Right? Where's the new title for today?

Battleye further forces you to disable a security setting that's used to block these sorts of intrusions by malware (core isolation, stack protection). This has been the case for months.
There are also numerous reports as you can see in their faq about it killing applications that have nothing to do with cheating.
Most gamers probably don't care about disabling their pc security settings and couldn't care less about what's running on their pc interfering with other apps but a lot of people do care.
