I need good reflection handling and wide viewing angle. Is this the tv(in this price point) the best?

At this price point you're not going to get much better. Not a ton of reviews on the 75 ads pro panel but most users seem to not be bothered by it. Plus having mini led local dimming will boost contrast.

U8K is the 2023 model number. Last year's model number was U8H. The resolution 4k.
