You may do this and get away with it but you're still at risk of losing you account for doing it. You'll also never be able to say with any certainty you're completely out of the woods after doing it.
I violated Spotify's terms and conditions and they locked my account many months after it did it. It had been so long I didn't understand what was going on until I went in my email and saw why they did it.

Except it isn't a few, is it. If this is on slickdeals it quite a few people and will only grow.
MS Bing rewards started banning people for things they have been doing for years recently. Just because a few people got away with it, doesn't mean every one will forever.

Doubt it. It's not hard to catch an IP address in the US, then in a different country and then back in the US shortly after.
