Why couldn't you get 5G HI? Doesn't require changing any wiring. It's all wireless.

In the last 10 years I've lived in 8 apartments - each has only allowed one internet provider and it's either been Comcast (DMV), Optimum (Missouri) or Spectrum (LA). Maybe one day I'll get lucky and move somewhere with fiber (or at least multiple provider options). Great deal though for those who can grab it!

It's always good to have more options and alternatives and competition is a great thing for the consumer. That said, unless you simply have no other options or your cable / fiber provider just really sucks, this 5G internet thing seems like a really bad deal. I get 500mbit speed from charter, no worrying about congested towers etc, for less than what Verizon wants to charge me per month for far less reliable service. Am I missing something?

Great deal, I signed up about a year ago and back then the deal was $35/mo with a 10-year price guarantee + 200 doordash gc + 100 verizon gc. Internet works great and no complaints about service at all. Happy to have left Spectrum

Signed up yesterday and requested that they ship the verizon hardware to me. It's out for delivery tomorrow. They let me order the series X, which is also out for delivery tomorrow. They sent me the amazon GC, which I've already used.

So, I have an xbox series x coming, I've already spent the $200 amazon card, and I haven't even received the verizon hardware to set it up. Crazy deal.

Existing Fios customer here. I placed the order and now it's on hold, that they needed proof of address… If I am already a customer, why do you need proof of address?? Anyway, so I uploaded a utility bill. I have spent all morning with cs. They say since I have an active plan already I cannot redeem any of the offers (xbox, gcs) until it ships, they assured me ordered is processed and I would receive equipment in 4-5 business days but on the website the order is still on hold ("We are reviewing your information and will get back to you"). It seems unnecessarily difficult for existing customers. Anyone having the same issue?

Thank you! Combination of clearing cookies and logging in/out worked for me. Both tiles showed up. Redeemed the Xbox successfully, then came back and the Amazon tile was gone.

cleared cookies again , didn't work. Logged in and out a few times and finally the Amazon tile showed up. Got that one done too. Hopefully both deliver without a hitch.

Now, to figure out how the Verizon gc will be delivered 🤔 EDIT: chat rep said e-gift card will be sent within 45 days of activation

Did you ship your router to an address different from your account address? Over the summer I tried to sign up for 5g home and used an alternate shipping address. They made me do id verification. My order went to hold/processing and never shipped. I spent hours on phone with customer service and also with chat; nobody could tell me what was going on. Eventually the order disappeared from my account.. it took months to disappear. I didn't even get a cancellation email. I guess it worked out because I got to take advantage of this offer instead, but this time I shipped to my account address and the router shipped within hours. Hopefully it goes better for you..
