Why do people say it's not a deal, random guess some lower value but don't bother to post a link to such a "deal"? If this name-brand prebuilt PC should be under $800 then LINK IT to an exact spec unit that is name-brand prebuilt in stock for delivery for under $800!

4.7 (out of 5.0) average review with 77 reviews on Best Buy doesn't sound horrible.

Worse, it's the 8GB 4060Ti. Really, that should knock it down to under $800

It's the video card that pushes the system to over $1k. The system technically has no shortcomings.

I wouldn't buy it for $1200, but it's a good deal for $1080 or less. This same PC was getting much more interest just two weeks ago at a YMMV $1050 price (after AmEx). I don't know why it would be less appealing now when it's available without AmEx at an essentially the same price.

Admittedly, there has been plenty of good to great desktop deals in the past few weeks. So it is hard to keep track of them or even decide which is better.

Right? 2 weeks ago, same PC, $100 more (not counting a very YMMV Amex discount) was +28 thumbs up. Today, $100 less, everyone is crapping on it. Go figure.

$3099 with a 4090 and 1k watt PSU.

Would make it $2790 after 10%.

With Amex $2670.

If able to get some CB would be $2510 or $2,390 after Amex.

Probably cheapest way to get a built 4090 system.

Dell may have updated site today but the cheapest 4090 R16 build I see starts at $3,699

https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/desktop-computers/alienware-aurora-r16-gaming-desktop/spd/alienware-... [dell.com]

Have to click the OP and click customize and select the leftmost system.

Then can add the 4090 and 1kw PSU.

Actually that makes it $3050, no $3100, so $50 cheaper.

I ordered one earlier this month. $120 amex back, $100 chase, $100 Dell dollars and hopefully some cashback.

Not bad, $1055.04 after taxes with amex and 10% coupon. Can't wait for the 10% cash back site check would be after order process. 10%Dell+Amex offer+10% cashback site is a good deal.
