Why do people say it's not a deal, random guess some lower value but don't bother to post a link to such a "deal"? If this name-brand prebuilt PC should be under $800 then LINK IT to an exact spec unit that is name-brand prebuilt in stock for delivery for under $800!

4.7 (out of 5.0) average review with 77 reviews on Best Buy doesn't sound horrible.

Worse, it's the 8GB 4060Ti. Really, that should knock it down to under $800

I can read and write just fine. See the bolded part I quoted of your post? The part where you said the price wasn't great? That. The price wasn't great compared to what? I was curious where there was an equivalent system for a lower price? But you couldn't provide that so I'll still be waiting...
I did find one, and others recently on SD. Doesn't mean they're currently active, but I never claimed they were at the moment. If you can't be bothered to look, I'm sure am not going to spoon feed it to you. You just keep on waiting.

BE WARNED! I bought this desktop and it arrived damaged and Dell customer support is not willing to exchange, repair or refund despite that the purchase provides premium support and 48 days to return it. Dell is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you want further proof go to the dell customer support forum and there is tons of posts from customers who are dealing with the same issues. Terrible support that is by far the worst I have experienced!

Sounds suspicious. I've had nothing but great things to say about Dell support. Damaged? Damaged how? Pictures? Why did Dell say they couldn't help you? There's a lot missing from your story (details, in particular). I'm guessing Dell had a reason to deny you (if that's what actually happened).

Picked up an Alienware R15 from this deal. Model is intel i7 13 gen 13700F, 32 GB of ram, Nvida RTX 4060, 1 TB NVME, liquid cooled with clear side pannel, Dark side of the moon. Original price was 2400, called sales and asked for a better price and got it for 1218 after taxes. PC arrived three days ago and it looks brand new. I opened up the side panel to inspect the video card and it is new. This is a hell of a deal! Don't use the coupon code call in and you will get a better deal!
Not sure what the situation was, but seems like they were happy with no complaints on an outlet R15. Am also curious
