OK so to date there are no confirmed shipments beyond "Label Created"
Check your tracking number on UPS.com and sign up for updates. If it actually moves, they will email you.
Please post in Wiki if you actually get tracking movement.
It's not unheard of for items that started outside US tracking systems (AKA not UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS) to be shipped and moving but have no tracking info. If these bikes started on a foreign or local delivery system en-route to UPS, then there may yet be hope.
There is also the possibility for the Mukkpet/HeyBike authorized shops to NOT fulfill these orders and wait it out until WE cancel.

The bike is slightly lighter. So easier to carry

pros for heybike: skinner tires far easier to find and replace cheaply
I wonder if they have the same battery mounting.. in that case i could swap the batteries and sell one of the mukkpets i bought and have a larger battery for my spare
btw mukkpet has been around at least 2 years.. so at least people can't claim they are fly by night and will dissappear..

It does seem to suggest that getting warranty service may be difficult.
It's a bit of a gamble. For me, the mukkpet is much more what I am looking for - fat tire all the way for casual riding - at this price the risk is fine for me.
