What am I missing?
EDIT: Seems to ship OK to a different address in CA, so it's not a state restriction
This really seems like too good a deal to pass up for a higher-end folding e-bike. What are the negatives that any of you see? I am thinking of adding the 2-year protection, but think it really may not be necessary since it comes with an extra battery so it's less likely both batteries die within 2 years. Comments? Thoughts?

One thing I've learned are that brakes are very important in these class 3 e-bikes.
The big selling pt of the lectric 3.0 is that it offers hydraulic brakes at $1k.
With this bike having mechanical disc brakes; does anyone have feedback on stopping power? Fade issue? Thx
