Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

I bought this e-bike last April. The cheapest it has ever been was $999. The fact that this one comes with an additional 20AH battery means that you get the bike +13AH battery +20 AH battery. The batteries alone are worth we'll over $400

This will go up to 28 MPH. It is great and have zero complaints with it. If this ships with the e-bike +13AH +20AH I will be shocked.

I bought the Hey Bike earlier, but I had to pull the trigger on this one, will end up selling whichever I like less. I have a carbon Specialized full suspension ebike for mtn biking, but wanted a cheap around town and camping bike that I wouldn't be as heartbroken if stolen or damaged. I liked the price of the Hey Bike, but this one will let me bring my 5 yr old with me, can potentially fit in the back of my SUV if I don't want to use my bike rack, and having a 20AH battery is just icing on the cake.

Well damn just bought the Heybike.

I was looking at foldables 3 weeks ago. Anyone know if this folds enough to go in trunk of an Hyundai Elantra Sport?

For all of us who are buying these bikes, does anyone know for sure if Amazon covers the return shipping back to them?
