Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

Purchased the Heybike. I want to get this one also as I like the foldable aspect but not sure if Amazon will take one back with covered shipping.

Even folded, this thing still weighs a lot and based on specs not sure if this will fit in my car without me having to put seats down and no I've things around..

I'm pretty sure they charge when they ship. I already got shipping confirmation... probably the quickest ever for me on Amazon. It was a kind of impulse buy which I figured my wife would talk me out of before it shipped and I'd cancel, but I guess not lol. My scheduled delivery when I ordered was 12/27 - which was the earliest date available at the time I ordered.

This really seems like too good a deal to pass up for a higher-end folding e-bike. What are the negatives that any of you see? Make sure to look up YouTube videos on how to properly charge and care for your ebike batteries. Depending on how you charge your batteries, you can really extend their life (or drastically shorten it, i learned that the hard way)

This doesn't look like it has a spot for a dual battery set-up, looks like you will have to swap out the 13ah with the 20ah. I do not see any details on it and since they are 2 different AH sizes we wouldn't be able to run a dual set-up with these 2 batteries anyways. Can someone confirm?

Haven't received my Heybike but just noticed I can click on the returns. Went through it, item defective, entered comment, and basically just get self troubleshooting steps or option to return to shopping.

Returns seem like it will be difficult

In this case, the earliest available ship date is Dec 26th, so your CC won't be charged until then? I placed an order for it to ship on Jan 9th, and it shows the charge pending on my CC. My only fear now is if this thing is a price mistake, that it will get canceled before it even gets shipped next month

I thought class III (over 20mph) bikes legally couldn't have a back seat in most areas
