Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

Damnit, I had to help change my son's diaper then I had to drop a deuce myself. Went back on here just to see the deal expired! I bought the Heybike but I was going to cancel that to buy this. Oh well, will see if this goes back on sale tomorrow like the other two ebikes.

yep, great deal appears to be dead now.

couldn't hardly believe that price and with an extra battery! I was about to pull the trigger but price is changed to $759+ (and $200 for shipping it appears!!)

for those that got an order in, keep us updated on your final results (was the order fulfilled, cancelled, happy with the purchase, etc.)

No reason to get the $37 warranty on this one if it comes with an extra battery and a year manufacturer's warranty, right?

Something has got to be wrong here, I don't think any of the orders will be fulfilled, just doesn't make sense. I checked the price history and it doesn't even show that the bike went at this price. If it's too good to be true, then it usually is, and I think that will be the case for these ebikes.

CCC only checks price maybe once a day so it can miss quick drops

Some of the reviews on these three bikes are awful on YouTube. It could be these bikes have been returned and repaired from a third party. I had the opportunity to buy two yesterday and after watching some online videos said no thanks. This particular e-bike with the extra battery looked promising, but I didn't get the chance to watch a review on this particular bike. I have a 500 watt 6-year-old e-bike and the battery is about dead and very expensive to replace. The bike never went more than 20 mph. It was a lot of fun until the ride time hit 10 minutes. I now use my Marin non-powered bicycle much more and it's a lot more fun to ride and it's a super lightweight road bike. Most important is to get out and enjoy the road on whatever you ride.
