Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

It's the bike too because here in Oregon every bike sold gets a 15 dollar bike tax. And I got charged that tax. So I'm pretty sure it's the bike and battery.

My order says "
R RATTAN 750W Electric Bike for Adults 48V 13AH Removable Battery Foldable Electric Bikes LM/LF Pro Ebike 20'' x 4.0 Fat Tire Electric Bicycles 2 Seater (LM Gray, with Extra 20AH Black Battery)"

If I get something else delivered besides everything here:
1) the Rattan LM foldable bike
2) Extra 20AH battery
3) Everything in new condition and not a fake

Then Amazon is taking this back with no extra fee for me. If they refuse, I'll do a chargeback. If the order is canceled tomorrow then fine.

But I don't see why people are freaking out about this. There is very little downside here. You're getting a low-quality ebike with an extra battery you can flip easily for a couple hundo if you want to sell it quickly making this an extremely slick deal.

for example: front and rear basket? hydraulic brakes upgrade parts? etc.

We need to compile links to parts and where to order. Smilie

saw alot of youtube reviews on this. after ordering.
reviews seems decent. no major complaints.

hopefuly everything comes.

seems better deal than the Heybike. but it's not exactally apples to apples comparison.
will have to refuse the HeyBike delivery.

Sooooo any guesses on tomorrow's bike deals? Haha. Maybe this bike here will come back to the deal price like the other two bikes did. I'm to embarrassed to say how many bikes I have coming but I order one and one I like better goes down in price. I would take this one over the other two.
