Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

Not sure how it can be fraud when Amazon itself is the seller. I'm sure they just aren't happy with their closeout low price competing with their own sales.

We'll see. It said shipped from and sold by Amazon. I think they're just mad that Amazon sold these at or below cost and undercut them really bad.

What I'm wondering about this mysterious bonus 20ah battery is how damn tall it's gonna be. Since the 20ah battery has to have the same form factor (except for the height) as the 13ah battery to fit in the battery compartment, and since e-bike batteries are typically made out of 18650 battery cells that are a uniform size (and most likely they are using the same or similar capacity cells for the 13ah battery and the 20ah battery), I think it's safe to assume the 20ah battery will have to be at least 50% taller than the 13ah battery that's pictured with the bike. And since it appears that the seat at it's lowest height sits right above the top of the 13ah battery, I think it's safe to assume that with the 20ah battery in there the seat is going to have to be raised up fairly high. Just something to consider if you are vertically challenged. You are more than welcome to give your 20ah battery to me if that's the case. 😁

Their "13Ah" (608Wh) could have lower density cells (5p @ 2.6Ah) and the "20Ah" (936Wh) could have higher density cells (6p @ 3.35Ah). That doesn't equate to 50% larger. Also, the silver fish type battery housing is usually the same form factor but I have seen slightly larger ones in my research.

Has anyone notice that their pending credit card charge has gone away for these bikes? I ordered 2 @ $871 yesterday and almost immediately that credit card charge appeared as "pending." Now it's not even there but my order still remains and unchanged. I hope Amazon isn't slowly pulling the plug on this deal
