Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

My card charges is not longer pending , went thru and when I clicked on the amount takes me to transaction details and when I click on see order details, takes me to Amazon view order details , like others orders I placed sold and shipped by Amazon . This is legit.

My credit card charge for the bike also disappeared. Amazon still shows delivery scheduled for 12/26 Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

ignoring the $411.05 without factory support deal, how does the Rattan compare with this $999 Engwe with similar features but upgraded 16ah built-in batteries and tested-working regen?

My delivery date is set for December 22, which is funny, because I bought this deal today and pretty late as well. The tracking claims the package has been picked up by the carrier (CEVA, who I've never heard of) but the code doesn't work on their website yet.
