Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

I have placed an order for two of these and two of Mukkpets. I initially dismissed the possibility of our orders not getting shipped. But, we are a few days into it and nobody's order has shipped. This is a bit unusual for Amazon. I do not believe there is a grand conspiracy that Amazon is involved in. But, someone could have potentially found a loophole in Amazon's fulfillment system to defraud them.

None of us are at the risk of losing our money. But, at this point, there is at least a 50% chance that our orders for these bikes will not ship.

It's common to not ship yet if the delivery date was pushed out. Mine says December 28 for example. I'm not expecting shipment for a while. I did front porch delivery and not scheduled.

More I watch YouTube reviews more I fall in love with this bike. It was one of those "buy now think later" movements but no regrets at all. I already found a perfect baby seat for my daughter. It is Thule Yepp Maxxi childseat

Someone mentioned the HP Touchpad thread. Crazy times. That's around when I started on SD. It still gets updated. I try to check it on New Years Day as a tradition. lol I wonder if I can go stand outside Best Buy and wait for my fire sale Rattan ebike. lol Bought heybike and this. Should have gotten a Mukkpet. That reddit thread someone posted with the HeyBike account screaming into the void is comedy gold.

Yeah that deal was wild. Craziest thing being that Amazon honored and filled every purchase, even ones that were back ordered for months.

I "only" netted about $7500 and still felt like I missed out. Every Prime Day hasn't hit the same ever since.

TBH, my first day at SD was that next day and I couldn't sleep. Saw the deal and only bought an A7III and A6000 cause I couldn't afford to be charged more than that if they charged full price. Still regret not buying more but grateful I got them Smilie

Quick tip. Every sunday night at midnight PST Amazon's deals of the week reset. I've got a ton of price mistakes at that time. Here's the link below if you or anyone else wants to bookmark it. It's more difficult if you're not on the west coast though because of the time it is. The deals die in seconds though so if you see something buy asap.

Sunday night/Monday morning. I'll open that link at 11:58pm PST Sunday and spam "control+r" till the page refreshes with new deals. Here are some in the last month attached. All that said, there's normally only a couple available and many deal hunters online know about this so they'll often be cancelled or are sold out before you can place the order.
