Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

My guess is that Amazon is still in possession of the bikes. They needed them to show out of the warehouse so they slapped shipping labels on them and then Ceva will pick them up closer to xmas when there is less of a rush. We should see some movement on the shippers sight about 5-7 days before delivery. only my guess, we will see.

The Delivery Date shows on your list of orders--before you click the Track Package button. But, did you make an appointment for a Delivery Date when you made the order? I think some had to select a delivery date and time from a calendar that popped up when they made the order.

Maybe it's picked up from the warehouse by a delivery service that offers scheduled delivery date/time like how they do furniture and TV deliveries, now getting sorted and sitting in the shipping company's warehouse waiting for scheduled deliveries? Not saying I'm certain this is what happening - rather what I hope is happening, and it would explain why the tracking only showing "picked up" after several days.

Not in his case. There isn't an expected delivery date. I've seen that in the past when Amazon is out of stock on a product (but expect more soon or reasonably expect there will be cancellations, etc.) and can't assign it to the particular order.

If that's the case, it's not a good sign for him but is interesting for those that have a specific delivery date showing.

I think this is exactly it. I had a scheduled delivery order of furniture a couple weeks ago. Showed "Carrier picked up the package" for 5 days before it actually started moving.

I think if the price wasn't too good to be true, that would be a plausible explanation. But with the battery alone normally costing well above $400, and the bike normally costing over $800 with delivery fee, a lot of us think it's a price mistake. We're all just hoping that Amazon honors the price mistake, and ships it out like it has done in the past. I think some people actually had a delivery date of yesterday, but it didn't get delivered, and now says "running late". So everyone is just waiting for some proof of delivery.

i was supposed to receive yesterday , per Amazon, nothing on UPS site , now i have this

I bit this deal but today I saw this information on Facebook from other buyers. It only references the warranty not being honored but Don't know how true it is.
