Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

Hah, in our dreams at this point. Just bc the shipping says it's coming next week, doesn't mean it will. I'm growing increasingly skeptical but I hope I am wrong and we'll all get these snazzy Rattan e-bikes.

Maybe all the big heavy bulky items have tracking issues around the holidays? My Heybike is also showing only "carrier has picked up the package" since ordering and I'm supposed to get the Heybike next week

fwiw, this bike, the heybike, and the mukkpet bike are all having similar delivery problems.

in the case of the latter, it was sold/shipped by amazon, but it generated a ups label that shows zero shipping progress on the ups website.

Mine ends in 54, and the Ceva tracking (Cevalogistics.com?) says "no results"... I'm not holding my breath. If it comes, it comes, but at this point I'll be borderline shocked if it ends up at my front door

I ordered all 3. All of them are experiencing the same issue with tracking.
