From my chat today:

Yes, I can confirm that the item has been picked up and will be delivered on December 26. Since this is a heavy one, we use two carriers. The middle mile carrier and the last mile carrier. Since CEVA is the last mile carrier, the tracking on their website will not get updated now

The item was picked up by a carrier called EAGLE.
I'm not sure how accurate that info is. CEVA acquired (annd merged) Eagle Global Logistics (EGL) back in 2006. Sounds like EGL doesn't exist anymore.

I don't think amazon actually have the bike at time when we order it, remember on the order page it saids available to ship in 1-2 days instead of saying in stock like normal.

Who knows , not like any changed with the tracking or anything so like most, I'm skeptical but hey, if they come awesome.

The real killer is if they just get cancelled now I have this price point in my head and don't want to pull trigger on what is considered a good normal price for these e-bikes.

Thank you. That seems logical to me and explains the situation. That indicates that they (some of them) are being shipped from somewhere such as China.

Companies often exist as subsidiaries. Kroger owns many grocery store chains and is acquiring Albertsons, that also has many chains. Soon most grocery stores in America will be owned by Kroger. Subsidiaries often continue using their brand name, business practices and application software (computer programs and databases). It is totally possible for Eagle Logistics data to be separate from CEVA Logistics data.

Wishful thinking. None of the e-bike *deals* are shipping. Regardless of the carrier. I ordered this e-bike and also the Mukkpet. That one, Amazon claims, was shipped by UPS nearly a week ago. UPS claims that only the label was printed and nothing else. They were never handed a package to deliver. And that appears to be the case for all of these e-bike orders. Shipping labels were printed to generate tracking numbers. No orders were actually shipped.

Yup these deals ruined me - especially the HeyBike deal (which I missed). $411 seems like a fair price an e-bike now. That said - Sondors was offering used/open-box bikes for $500 earlier this year - I think these recent deals are indications that normal prices may come down overall on e-bikes. I'm convinced that these bikes were not listed below cost, Amazon's pricing system is smarter than that. Which means the markup is huge. With a tight economy predicted for the next 12 months and current deflationary conditions in China, we might see a pullback on pricing soon...

I ordered the Mukkpet as well and it has shipped. I should receive it tomorrow. Hopefully that's a good sign for anyone that hasn't received updated tracking yet. I'll return the Mukkpet if the Rattan actually arrives.

What info shows when you track directly through ups.com and not on through Amazon's system?

What city/ state is package originating from?
Weight?
Current movement status?

Welp. I stand corrected. I apologize. Ups site shows no updates beyond the label being created. Amazon was misleading.

Complain and get your $50. Amazon knows this is going on and refuses to correct it. Meanwhile these ebikes rose to the #1, 2 and 4 spots.

I don't really know what the hell this means. From Rattan Facebook just now commented.

One thing we can be certain of is:Rattan ebike can't use Amazon Warehouse, and Rattan ebike never sells to Amazon.
