Reviews are that this one is average speed-wise, but worthwhile at this price.

That's a review of the wifi 6e version. This one seems to be the regular 6 version.

25 feet with no obstacles like walls furniture and so on it's a great Wi-Fi router for your living room but if you need it for your entire house you need to buy something more expensive

I just bought a S33 SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem and I'm looking for a wireless router to go with it. Any suggestions?

Bought both AX6600 and AXE6600. Both of them doesnt support VPN Client Configurations however they support only one type of VPN Server.

Thanks for the review. Yeah, at $350, nope. But under $100, I'll take a chance.

Correct. Dong did a review of the 6 version (the one in this post): https://dongknows.com/msi-radix-a...er-review/

The range looks fine for apartments and mid-sized houses, but of course if someone has a sprawling single floor house, it's probably not a good option. For that use case, mesh is the only real move, and this model doesn't support mesh.

I'm tempted by this, but at the same time I think I'm going to stick with Mikrotik or maybe go Synology. I like the peace of mind of having 5+ years of updates and security fixes. MSI is sort of new to routers so it's not certain how they will support it, and I don't believe this router supports 3rd party firmwares. That said, I've owned MSI hardware (esp. motherboards) and they've been high-quality and reliable.

Dont think so. Didnt want to take a risk of bricking the router. I returned both of them. The UI is snappy but I feel its lacks many features provided by Asus.

Seems like a great deal. Regretting picking up a tp-link AX3000 last month had I known this deal was coming.

Anybody know if it allows setting up separate SSIDs for 2.4GHz vs 5GHz?
