Damn, this is about as low as I've seen these. I paid $59.99 and thought that was a good price. Also, these are one of the only battery powered outdoor cameras that consistently get very good reviews.

the notifications for this are absolutely useless.

I have 6 of these and do not recommend them at all. They only take lithium double a batteries which have tripled in price since I bought the cameras. And they do not last anywhere close to 2 years. Try 2-3 months tops. The motion detection is spotty at best and the Blink service is overpriced and not great at all. A lot of connection issues trying to get a live view and the cameras will go insane watching a mosquito all night but not pick up a delivery in broad daylight.
Agreed. I tried to like Blink but the notifications were hit or miss as was motion detection. Switched to always-recording wired cameras and haven't looked back.

Last time I got two refurbs off Woot, cameras looked like new but batteries were dead and I have a strange problem with one that goes offline for no reason. It's worth taking the risk at this price point though imo.
It works fine for me paired with solar. There is a lag for motion detection though. Don't care since I have the sync module for local storage and my main cameras are Netatmos
I got 2 of these from Woot almost a year and half ago and they have been pretty good. I don't have to pay for a subscription with the sync module. The battery depends on how much activities, my front porch camera lasted over a year, my back yard one is still on the original battery. They are pretty sensitive, it will even sense the light reflecting off something like the pavement or another car, but my wife likes it. All in all I think it's great. I'm getting another set.
Edit: nevermind, I have the XT2 but these are 3rd gen, and I paid $40 last year but these are $10 more, I guess I will try it out and see.
Bought 1 a LONG time ago so I'm grandfathered into their plan. Now I have a doorbell and 4 more set up around the house.
Battery life on my first one is still going (I think 4--5 years now?) it depends on the usage. The doorbell didn't last 1 year, but again usage. They have rechargeable lithium now so I've been using that to replace doorbell batteries and it works perfect. Only real con is motion detection is fairly short, ~25ft.
If I wasn't grandfathered in, I'd get the eufy. Last I checked they have a hub you can connect to HDs and view when remote with better cameras. Don't subscribe to anything f* these tech companies.
