Our next door neighbor, when I was a kid, worked at a Lego factory. If a kit was missing even one piece, they tossed it into the discard pile - well, that's what I remember. He brought home all those kits, and we had endless Legos, boxes and boxes. Yeah, we had it good.

Just FYI, the reps can see previous chats so there is a good chance they look back and they repeat/deny price matching like the previous rep. Price matching with Target has become a hit or miss for me.
