These are not weight training machines! If you want strength training, do it on the strength rowing machines with weight plates. If you are rowing on this machine with a resistance level higher than 5 out of 10, you're probably doing it wrong! You should be able to row for 30 minutes at the resistance you choose, with around 20-25 strokes per minutes and maintain a decent heart rate, not going over 80% max or so, depending on your goals.

The instructors and classes offered are top notch. A bit pricey, but if you have multiple family members, they can use it as well under the monthly fee.
I have never used their rower.

Whatever you do though, be careful with the membership trial. Buy the QZ Fitness app instead, or if you must do a trial make sure to use a prepaid or virtual credit card. They tried to bill me for annual which was ~$450 or something like that (luckily I used virtual card). I've forgotten to cancel trials in the past before and had to pay for a month, but $450 honestly seems like being robbed lol
