This advice lacks a lot of context. Blackstone isn't even the nicest brand of griddle. They just popularized it residentially.

This could be a great option or gift for someone who is not sure they'll use it, a college student, or someone who just can't afford another option.

I got the Royal Gourmet one for $60 during Prime Days. I think we've used the wok only once since I got the griddle, when we used to use it 3-4 times a month. Mine says to only use outdoors, but it's 25,500 BTUs. We'll probably use the wok more often during the cold winter months, whenever that's going to start. And now my shredded hashbrowns cook like Waffle House's. lol
