As a standalone product, I didn't care for these. I DID find them very handy for enhancing other things, like ramen. Each topping and soup base is a separate item. Since they are individual packets, you can mix and match as you please.

I grabbed another bag for that reason. I'm not an ingredient reader like a few of the other commenters...

Oh I guess it's the lead and cadmium warning. I was looking at just the ingredients and they seemed ok.
