"I did it in person in Costco. The store rep added the line immediately. I did not have to activate the SIM Card at the same time. It's still sitting in my drawer, but the line is displayed in my account."

I have a business account with one plan o believe my max lines allowed were 3...when I called T-Mobile with this offer they said I'm eligible which shocked me...hope they don't mess my rate plan bc I'm grandfathered
How long does the new line show up in your account? Yesterday, an online chat rep helped me setup a new line but I don't see anything in my account or in the transaction history. I do see the $35 credit for the activation fee. I don't have the sim card yet. I did get an order number but the order status page shows no record.
Hopefully he did not add it to a different account.

It took me about a day for mine to show up on my account. But like others, am not seeing the promo ID yet. I had the sim mailed out, should arrive today.
I chat with the tmobile rep and took screenshots I even asked twice to confirm
By the way, What I am cancelling is not the BOGO line, but the line that I suspended, which is an old line that we hardly use. From what I got is that as long as I dont cancel the line that's attached with the BOGO, I can keep the promotion of the BOGO.

I called the sales rep and gave them the promotion number from the linked website ID230289 and he looked it up and said that refers to a BOGO promotion. Was he wrong? Should I call back?
