What do you mean promo coming up after 1 week? How and where do you go to see the promo showing up?
For those who are eligible, there should be something listed in the newly added line's Promotion section. In my past experience, this promo shows a few days after the line was added. If after a week you still don't see the promo listed, then chances are your line isn't free.

I tell you easy way. if you don't want to pay for $35 SIM cost.
Go to app[le store. ask for T-Mobile sim. They give it to you for free.
Call T-Force and have them activate this new line on new SIM.
Tell them you are waiting on new phone and will it get here will pop this SIM in.

Thanks me later Smilie
Not being smart, because I want to try this as well. Why would a apple store give u a T-Mobile sim? Or even have them

Most plans available now and in the last 4-5 years are tax inclusive except essentials.

Magenta and Go5g variation's are all tax included.
I have business unlimited select and it's tax exclusive

So I'll have to pay taxes on this line any way to switch to tax inclusive

Reached to tforce on x. Mentioned both the internal document # and the promotion name as well as my segments need to be checked to see if I'm eligible. We'll see what they say. I currently have 8 lines for $100 a month.

Exactly. They are offering me BOGO line though. I'm on One plan. Considering it since I have 20% off promo as well. It'll come out to $26 for two lines.

What were your arguments?
Some may think I posted about my winnings in court with TM, to boast - but my purpose was to show that anyone can and maybe should do what I did and sue. Maybe if enough people do that TM might become more honest and transparent and maybe less people will have problems.

I simply claimed that they were charging me in excess of what they promised. In one case they texted me that they had unlocked my phones, but hadn't, and so I had written proof of their lies. Keep screenshots of your chats. A breach of of promise is a breach of contract. Small claims forms are easy forms that you download from the court. To serve them, go to your SOS business search to find their registered agent. Low income file free. The courts award you all your expenses and some a little extra for your efforts. This is the way I get business done, with all the big business bullies out there. Also, if they were to fight, they can't have an attorney go to court. It doesn't pay for them to pay someone to go to court and pay court fee - so in most often they have a paralegal call and then send you a settlement to sign. Sometimes they try to negotiate, so ask for a little more so to start.

My post was showing that if I can do it, you can too! Companies like to just make these little lawsuits just go away.
