The pic shows Pau Ferro but it also shows a Squier. Good deal though.

All the reviews show Fender Player series so I'm assuming thats what will be shipped.. its Amazon so easy returns.

In for 1. This is a no brainer if it is indeed a FP Series that gets shipped. Also, being maple and HSS is a plus. Not exactly "Squier priced", but pretty cheap for a new Fender Player MIM Strat.

If you google the model number 144522515 it will show the exact Fender player​ on other music stores. So hope that mitigates the risk by a bit haha

Just a warning about "hassle free returns"— I ordered a guitar 2 weeks ago which arrived with the headstock completely broken. Promptly sent it back to Amazon, and my estimated refund date is 12/31. I consider that a hassle.

i have noticed with higher dollar items they wait and verify before refunding, but with lower dollar items they refund as soon as you ship.

I would say, the bones would be similar, but fit and finish and parts quality is going to be somewhat-to-moderately better on the Am Prof II. If you're the type that's going to mod stuff anyway, the MIM might be a better deal
