This is a great drill at a fantastic price. Your lack of need, or needing the 12v version, isn't useful info for anyone here.

I have one of these that I got a while back from Lowe's. It's a beast. Good for drilling (obviously) but there is a nice chisel bit which is good for demo (for example tile or concrete).

Bought for $121 around thanksgiving.
This is Bosch's smallest and lightest hitting rotary hammer.
Good for removing tiles and drilling small diameter holes up to 3/4".
You aren't going to break up your concrete sidewalk with this (1.5 ft lbs impact energy)

I can add to that statement that it was on par with my corded Dewalt one if not better (less reverse impact force) on drilling 2" deep holes for 3/16" tapcons. The only negative I can say is that depth guide stopped holding position after about 500 holes but the drill itself performed flawlessly even after more than 1500 holes, it only needed small breaks after 50 holes or so due to heating up.

When they say 3/4" they mean it. It will struggle and/or take a lot of patience (or <3000psi concrete) to go larger. I've used mine with the 1" bit I have for my corded but it stalls very easily.

If you're not drilling big holes, though, and have never used a Bosch SDS, you are in for a treat. They make consumer "hammer drills" look like toys, and will just bore through common concrete and masonry like butter in their design range.

When I was looking, I passed on this one in favor of one of the larger Bosch rotary drills. The larger ones are well worth the money and are much better than this one.
