I have the CDW version of this (the ports looks like identical), it works well with 4k 144hz (M32U) + 3k 60hz without problem. (I tried both M1 Max & M2 Max Macbook)

The addition of a USB-A port is actually pushing the envelope.
USB4 hubs split PCIe multiple ways and also can do complex topography with DP Alt Mode. Docks do not much today.
