This is intended to be an informative post for reference. The Epic Games free mystery games [epicgames.com] are now daily (starting Dec 20) for a limited time and only available for 24 hours. It's expected that there will be 15 free daily games until Jan 4, 2024.
Each day's mystery game is revealed and the previous day's game expires at 8am PT, 9am MT, 10am CT, 11am ET.

Melvor Idle is actually on my steam wishlist. Will be the second game I'll play from the Epic store giveaways. The first was Loop Hero (coincidentally, also an idle game).
I missed the 1st game :/
