Meaning it needs a gas pressure washer. Most electric pressure washer maxes out 2000-2300 PSI.
When I used this on my driveway it turned the yellow cement to white and took a lot, but not all, the oil leaks off. Next time I try it I'm going to treat the oil before hand with some kinda detergent. I'm using this on a gas powered 2000psi 2.5gps washer.

This one works pretty well and I didn't find it a problem to use, as the pressure from the water makes it sort of hover. It is not heavy duty, but easily worth the money for the time surface cleaners will save.

This thing isn't heavy there's no need for castors. Cleaning power depends on your pressure washer. A lot of castor ones are for hot water industrial pressure washers.

I have not tried it on my electric pressure washer....i'd imagine it would work just fine, but not if you really need to strip a decade old dirt.
I purchased an 18" unit with casters and am very happy with it. I used it on my 3 car driveway and sidewalk that's on a hill and it worked very well.
Dude get one with wheels you won't regret it. I paid a mint for mine... not on sale but it was worth it. you just walk around its easier than moving a broom. i need to get an extension for it to make it even easier.
