Though I have insurance with a co-pay, I paid for this out of my own pocket, in order to try to get my insurance DME allowance against a much more spendy travel mini CPAP. The Airsense 10 will be a great daily (nightly?) driver, but I'm sick of going bicycle touring and devoting one whole pannier to this lunky size.
I also used a Chase card with quarterly 5% for PayPal this quarter to further reduce this purchase expense.

Thanks but you have to do the home sleep test to get the script?

Just need to say you had one, and they will ask the minimum and max pressure settings.

I emailed the doctors office and asked them for a copy. They sent it back as an attachment.
As long as it was a somewhat recent visit, it shouldn't be an issue.
Been using the same one for years now.
I haven't been to this site yet, but other cpap sites usually have an option you can select where you put your doctors name and number in and they will call to verify.

If your Dr. has a portal simply send them an email stating you use CPAP and you'd like to replace your current machine. I sent a really old Rx that I had along with my latest Resmed sleep report. I had a new Rx in my inbox that same day.
You could try that even if you're not currently using CPAP.
