Thank you for sharing this, I had engage my leadership and checked if your account is eligible for the promo, apparently it is not yet added to the segment on your account . And eligible customers will received a notifications once eligible with the promo.
Nothing to worry though, what we can do here is that we can request for this promo to submit with my leadership so that you can get the benefits of it , and it may take 5-7 business days for us to get update about the request, would that be fine with you?

Close app turned off WiFi and all chat appeared
The first chat where he confirmed the promo
This was hilarious as I was freaking out
Took all screenshots now
When you are going to drop old device to tmo store? I think it will expedite the promo and RDC when they receive old device
Tried getting the promo over chat but it wasn't available. Called and promo was available.
Question for those trading in - does it need to be the phone that is currently in use on the line that is getting the new phone? If we can trade in any working phone, I can dig up something old vs trading in the actual phone in use that I can easily resell.
