I saw someone suggest you contact customer service (611) or go into the store. It makes little or no difference. They either don't know what they're talking about, or are so interested in making a little commission money that they lie, or maybe a combination of both. Seems like every time they mess me up, I wind up on the phone with them for two-three hours and get a headache.

Why am I still with T-Mobile after 7 or 8 years? They're better than the competition. Isn't that pathetic? The government allows mega-mergers, even though they know what that means to consumers. They just pretend not to.

800 credit is any working phone. 1 time use. 700 promo is a list a phones for the pixel.

Kinda in similar boat but would rather have trade and even older phone than we one i submitted! Wouldnt mind doing this again with older trade phone but i dont think it even has an IMEI (just esin or whatever).

Curious as other have asked how long you waited to inquire again about eligibility?
