Everyone needs to read the article first before asking questions.
I called 611, gave them the trade code and luckily our account qualified for both promos, I was done making 2 orders within an hour.

Giving the trade codes helped not waste any time, I was also able to get free expedited shipping for one order and a credit for the other for the upgrade fee (YMMV).

We have all done that. Just because they told you that you qualified doesnt mean you will get the promo. after the trade in is complete, only then you will see the promo in your account (if you got it)

Ah okay good to know, thanks for that. I guess fingers crossed until it's completely done.
I've run into these issues in the past with TMobile and it can get messy for sure, was hoping that wouldn't be the case anymore.

Just called 611 & not qualified as the rep says it's not on my account. I have one+ with 7 lines, 4 paid & 3 free lines. I don't think rep knows about the promotion.

so I reached out to Tmoible via their mobile app. i gave the segment info and P number. Rep helping me said this promo is new, that wants the chance to call me back on this.... sounds like as some others have posted about the process..

I called 611. Gave the promo code "IPhone P629". Eligible on One plan. Purchased 15 Pro Max. Charged $35 but credited $35 back. Got the email to sign the doc which showed $50 getting charged every month. Was told that the code will kick in 1 or 2 months later. Spoke to her supervisor and she also said the same thing that code will take 1 or 2 months. The extra being charged in the initial months will be refunded. Just have to wait for me to receive the phone and drop the trade-in at TMobile owned store.
