After spending hours on 5 calls to 611, they finally added the correct P629 promotion to my account. A supervisor had to get a manager to add it manually for 2 of the lines on my account.

What plan do you have? I'm on magenta one, 6 lines with 3 free lines and (tried but denied ) galaxy A32 to trade. Monthly bill $105 after all discount and autopay. I think I need to talk to manager level. Supervisor are all crape and in out of country..
The rep didn't even look at the promo codes P621 and P629 I was ready to show her, but she knew roughly what the offers were about and that they'd come out in December or so. After I quickly waved off the "add-a-line" promos discussion, she got into my account and checked in a few different places - she wasn't sure which was the right one, as she didn't see anything there, but her supervisor did verify which one was the place to look and used the term "segment" codes in discussing with her (I was about 20 ft away).
Unfortunately nothing there for these promos for my account, but I'm fairly confident she and her supervisor were looking in the right place. Which is fine, I didn't expect to hit the lottery on this one. I do have a couple of really old phones active on my account, they are on free lines that aren't being actively used by any family members - but I'm hoping that an iPhone 6s Plus and LG V30 being on active lines will eventually trigger one of these targeted upgrade offers to apply to me....
Advantage plus plan from Sprint to be more specific.

Unfortunately , I couldn't trade in any old phone as this promo was limited to a select list of phones. I wasn't in love with my Pixel 6 due to some issues I was having, so was ok to trade it in. Smartphone Trade ID230270.
Pixel 8 = $700 less $500 after trade in = $200. Credit was split in the form of one time trade in value of $45 and the remaining $455 credit split over 24 months.
Took the Costco $75 gift card promo into consideration, so that took me down to $125. A bit of a stretch but felt good about waived new device connection fee of $30, so got me down to $95.
YMMV but separately, I asked tmo through app chat about the $60 loyalty credit I heard. Supposed to be $10/month x 6 months. Agent gave me a courtesy $60 instant credit. So took me down to $35.
Add in the upfront sales tax on the full price of the phone which was about $42, so my total cost ended up being around $77 over 24 months to trade in my Pixel 6 for a Pixel 8.

I'm (apparently) not eligible for P629 and only have one line, but think I'm eligible to add a free line. Maybe with getting the free line and putting an old phone on it?

Is possible that with a cracked screen, you may get $0 up front but get the full $500 back as monthly installment credits?
