Buy from X-TREXSABER store, I feel like they have the best price and quality. You will want to get a pixel blade (it has little LEDs throughout the blade and is much brighter than a baselit one which is basically a flashlight that shines up through the blade.) there are a few versions of the pixle, pixle V3 ($80-120), pixel V4 ($90-140) and Proffie Pixel ($180-250). Obviously the Proffie is the best, looks and sounds the best, has the best blade animations, but the V3 and V4 are still amazing. I own all of them including a few baselit ones and I have to say getting any pixel set up is the way to go, you will be over the moon. You feel like a jedi! It sounds so good and at night feels so cool. Spend the same amount of money on the good stuff, and you will never regret it!

I liked Picard and Discovery had moments. Everyone wants to live in the past with Trek, Wars, all of it. They also want more but are unhappy with everything. I admit some of it is a pretty big miss, but at least it's something which is more than those of us who are older, had for decades. Overall it's enjoyable and I'm glad for new content.
Just shut down the rat kingdom already.

While I couldn't stand it when it first came out, my favorite Star Trek series is Deep Space Nine. Once you get past season one and get 2/3 pas season 2, it really begins to shine. The best linear story line of all of them. There's an awesome documentary that came out recently where the cast talks about the shows.
A close second is Voyager. Once they enter Borg Space and Seven joins, the show really took off.
As far as Star Wars… Boba Fett is my favorite series. Mandalorian next. If Ashoka continues, that'll be up there.

I've also gotten multiple, more expensive sabers, from vendors in the States and abroad (Vader's Vault, Pach Store, etc). The quality on those is miles ahead of the cheap Ali Express ones.
The Black Series Elites are actually pretty dang good for the money. I have the Kylo and the Rey and both of those, while not as good as more expensive pixel blades, are way better than the regular Black Series ones (Disney Parks too).
For Black Series Elites, the thing that will matter the most to how it looks is the color. Green will show up the brightest, yellow and purple will be some of the most dim. Blue (like Leia's in the post) will be in the middle.
For people who don't want to spend on something nicer, I'd check out Pach Store if you're looking for a cheaper Pixel blade ($250-$300+). You'll pay more than the cheap Ali Express but it'll be worth it!

Why do you think "Dune" is the new king of sci-fi? Because it's a remake? The first movie adaptation flopped hard in 1985—I couldn't stand it either—and nobody tried to resurrect it for…35 years? Bc it's just not movie material. Mainly, it's not that exciting. I think Villeneuve did a good job with the remake (Part 1), but no, it's just not like Star Wars, the highest grossing sci-fi franchise of all time. It's a distant relative many times removed from reigning king.
