Update: Some googling let me figure out the second answer (her neck brace). A comment on the Degeneres site (show preview writeup) implied that the Gold Digger home viewer was from Washington. But I would not consider either of those as "confirmed".

Prizes: see the Ellen website as the prizes change daily.
