Sling TV has many promos. Just sign up using a new cc and email. Once ya run out or the promos stop then I'd use gift cards. Keep in mind you can share the plan without espn with 3 people at the same time. The one with espn only has one login at a time

If Sling had commercials, it would be an improvement, but what it has are endlessly repeating Ad Council PSAs and Sling service promos. It is so refreshing to switch to broadcast antenna to see real commercials

The same is true with radio. Streaming radio is all previews of the streaming service offerings, while the very same radio station via antenna has real commercials.

Can you link to any of these promos? I've searched slickdeals and can't find any.

I've had them on an off for about 6 months. Probably five one month subscriptions. Each time I got half off-all the same account. When you cancel they often offer you half off or will offer it a week or so later. I also paid with credit cards giving 10 off 20 or more on sling.

I basically have it for sports so a few times when my subscription ended I didn't need it for a few more days and when id log into my account a few days later it was offering half off.

You folks are commenting on the service, not this deal. Yes there are promos for first account, currently first month half off. This is for people like us who have the service.

For low end cable replacement, this is a pretty good service. Philo is below it in price but has no sports or news. The other three (Hulu TV, Youtube TV and Fubo) are about double the price of this. The apps work well and with the Blue package you can stream 3 at a time. 50 Hours of Free DVR. They have integrated a bunch of FAST channels, which I thought would be irritating but my wife likes them and they are all in one place.
