I think for most kids, yes, but appetites vary a lot between kids.
Our middle-schooler uses this lunch box everyday (alongside two separately packed snacks) and it's plenty to get them through their day and after school activities.
This lunchbox is more space efficient than most others with its built in ice pack (handy if your packing into already over-stuffed backpacks). But the included ice pack is smallish so it may be inadequate to keep the contents cool during long hot days - depending on climate and how/where it's kept at school, of course.
Overall, we've been pleased and will be ordering a couple more for convenience.
Hope that helps.

We used to use this for our children. But we got rid of it, it is unnecessarily heavy and the layout of the compartments is just all wrong. Our kids were very happy when we stopped using them. They do not seal completely and anytime we put things like sliced strawberries in there or raspberries, the juice from the fruit would get all over the other compartments.
Kid loved the novelty but I hate these things, daily wash, no room for an ice pack and things that are packaged have to be taken out of the package. They're also overpriced IMO. Ymmv, but I'm not a fan.

It says it includes an ice pack and has an ice pack compartment?
Will the compartments hold enough food for an elementary school age kid?
I personally think this is too small. I have two older elementary school kids and most lunch boxes isn't deep enough to hold enough food nor hold thick foods such as burgers thicker sandwiches. The best I found was a Pottery Barn bento box. While it's not insulated, it is thick and can hold plenty of food.
I like this and use them for my kids lunches. The weak point on these is the hinges. I use the dishwasher for the interior portion and hand wash the outside.

Ours i believe is the adult version "bentgo" boxes and they didn't come with any ice pack.
