Per the nutritional facts, an 8oz cup of this thing gives you nearly half of the daily sugar intake already. No wonder diabetes is so prevalent. It's funny how they threw in some cheap vitamin C just to make it seem healthy.

No most people get it because they exercise enough and don't do things in moderation.people like yourself blow things out of proportion if you don't drink or smoke and dont eat a lot of sugar a few cups won't kill you.Plus I'd rather drink this then sodas any day.
