Gaming Laptop - MSI GP68HX 13VH-098 or Legion Pro 5i 16IRX8

I have been out of the gaming laptop market for a LOOONG time.

How are the prices for these two laptops?
I need something that can go up to 64gb RAM, both of these can.
One is i9-13950HX the other is i9-13900HX
one has 4070, the other 4080.
